Our employees share the passion for this business. They are well educated, highly motivated, responsive, diligent, experienced media savvy marketing people. They get the job done! They bring extraordinary talent and expertise to the table, for the results our clients expect.

Executive Staff

Jeff is chairman, president & CEO. He has spent his entire career in broadcast advertising media. Jeff joined WFofR in 1988, and over the years has been directly involved with all company departments. While he manages the company and its growth, he is still actively involved with clients and has a major role in all new business activities.

Larry is executive vice president of sales and marketing. He is primarily responsible for new business development. Larry's background includes senior management positions with major packaged goods companies, including A.H. Robins (now Wyeth Labs) and Eskimo Pie. Radio Marketing Group

Radio Marketing Group (RMG) is the radio buying division of WFofR. RMG works with the Account Service Department as part of our multi-media buying capability to evaluate, plan and buy spot, regional and network radio. RMG's mission is to make radio an efficient and effective part of an advertiser's marketing strategy.

Buying Team

The Media Buying Services Department consists of nine buyers who are market specialists. These experienced buyers travel to the top 100 markets in yearly spring and fall buying cycles and to an additional 50 markets at least once every two years. They meet directly with the TV stations, experience the current market conditions, and establish invaluable working partnerships as they place the most efficient buys possible in today's Spot TV marketplace.

Using the latest technologies, Nielsen market data, and our proprietary software, our buyers monitor all schedules weekly; analyze each for compliance with agreed goals and commercial rotation; and they follow-up weekly with the stations.

Research Team

The ability of the research team to provide our clients with competitive information allows them to be ahead of the curve. We employ a full-service, state-of-the-art research department that produces comprehensive demographic, market, media, and competitive research. In order to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available, WFofR subscribes to services provided by the giants of the research field. Th research group provides a dynamic criterion to the brand-building process.

Financial Team

The Finance Department consists of a dedicated staff that is experienced in all areas of accounting and finance. We are responsible for payment of all invoices received from the media and we ensure that disbursements are made on time and within the terms as stated in the contract between WFofR and the media. We simplify the process for our clients, making doing business with WFofR very simple. We are very proud of our continued record of paying our media partners within 30 days. This is an industry-leading precedent, and helps WFofR clients achieve unparalleled efficiencies.

Account Services

The Account Services Department is where all client/agency services are coordinated and communicated. As the client's direct link to WFofR, the department ensures that all client needs in marketing, sales, research and media are fulfilled. The Account Services Department is dedicated to bringing all of WFofR's resources (from strategy development to implementation to follow-up) together for the clear purpose of enabling our clients to meet or exceed their sales objectives.

Computer Services & Technology (MIS & Traffic Team)

We fully recognize the value of having in-house expertise when it comes to the rapidly changing world of computer systems and information technology. Staying up-to-date with the latest hardware and software releases requires constant attention. We have accumulated over 40 years of system development. This allows us the ability to increase our media knowledge and make quick assessments for future enhancements to our media-rich client database. Our technical staff is constantly upgrading its skills with the latest computer hardware and software.
